Kapela Asking Alexandria byla založena kytaristou Benem Brusem v roce 2008 v Dubaji, avšak projekt nevydržel dlouho. Nakonec se v roce 2008 Ben vrátil zpět do své rodné Anglie, do města York a rozhodl se založil kapelu se stejným názvem. Z původní šestice se stala rázem pětice, kapelu opustil klávesák Ryan Binns. AA se vydali do USA na své první turné.

Svou první plnohodnotný debut vydali pod názvem "Stand Up and Scream" v roce 2009, pod křídli Sumarian Records.

Roku 2010 kapela koncertuje po celé Evropě, při této příležitosti se také zastaví v dubnu v Praze ve Futurum Music Clubu společně s kapelami In Fear And Faith a Dance Gavin Dance. KOnečně se naksytne přiležitost a AA rozjíždí vlastní tour po USA. Potom se kapela zavírá do studia, kde vznikne daší úspěšné album. "Reckless & Relentless" spatří světlo světa v únoru 2011 a AA hned na to rozjíždí další turné. Na konci roku vychází EP "Life Gone Wild". 6. února 2012 AA znovu navštívili Prahu, tentokrát jako hlavně hvězda v Lucerna Music Bar společně s kapelami blessthefall a Chelsea Grin.

Nemesea - Historie

Skupinu Nemesea založila zpěvačka Manda Ophuis a kytarista Hendrik Jan de Jong v září roku 2002 ve městě Groningen v Nizozemí. V dubnu 2003 měla kapela své první vystoupení jako host formace After Forever, s kterou poté spolupracovala ještě celý rok. Tím přilákali zájem nejen fanoušků, ale i nahrávacích společností a nakonec v listopadu 2003 podepsali smlouvu s malým holandským labelem "Ebony Tears". Přesně o rok později vydala skupina Nemesea své debutové album s názvem "Mana". Vydali se také na turné po Nizozemí a Belgii, které trvalo do prosince roku 2005. Poté se skupina zapojila do projektu stránek "SellaBand" a jako první kapela obdržela více jak 50 000 dolarů, které použila k vydání svého druhého alba. To vyšlo 21. června 2007 pod názvem "In Control". Také podepsali smlouvu s holandskou společností "AT Productions" a našli nového manažera, Davida Ardena (bratr Sharon Osbourne a bývalý manažer Jamese Browna). Na začátku roku 2009 vydali svůj první singl "No More" a v září téhož roku vydali live album s názvem "Pure: Live @ P3", které obsahuje skladby z koncertu v Holandsku z 2. a 3. července 2009. V roce 2011, přesněji 17. listopadu vyšlo nové album s názvem "The Quiet Resistence".
